Work Environment
This role is based in an indoor production facility with a warm environment. The standard schedule consists of four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Team members work with brazing equipment such as torches, induction heaters, and furnaces, as well as standard mechanical assembly tools. The position involves regular lifting of 50 to 75 pounds and requires adherence to safety procedures for heat and metalwork. Work uniforms are provided, supporting a consistent and practical dress code suitable for an industrial setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
