ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for hard workers to join our Production Team! The Production Team arrives to our warehouse every day to load up their box truck, and drive to the jobsite location anywhere across the greater Hampton Roads area.
If you are someone who likes to work with your hands and tools, is willing to work in dirty tight spaces, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! You will be trained by veteran team members who have all the experience necessary to set you up for success with on-the-job, hands-on training. This position will report to the crew Foreman on the team you're assigned.

This is an entry level position, but our promotions and pay are merit-based, not based on time with the company. Starting Hourly Pay ranges anywhere from $16 an hour all the way up to $25 per hour depending on skills and experience. We also offer the bonus pay on top of hourly pay as well as performance based raises.
